Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Toronto, ON, at Foreign Rider Co. on Queen West at Ossington. The Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store. This includes managing and motivating the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managig inventory levels, supplies, and ensuring that the store is always clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is required
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations
• Experience in Sales and achieving revenue targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to manage a team, including training and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong merchadising skills
