Overview A National Account Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring that the company meets its sales goals. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Detailed Job Description A National Account Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring that the company meets its sales goals. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. They must be able to identify and analyze customer needs, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate contracts. They must also be able to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed
