Senior It Account Manager

***Permanent full time, hybrid model, Salary $120,000-$130,000 + bonus***

Our client, a New York-based information technology and consulting company focused on the financial services industry is seeking a mid-level Account Manager to run the floor of their client's site in downtown Toronto. This will be a hybrid model and they will be expected to either be in the office or on client site at least 3 days a week. This person will solely be focused on managing their newest relationship account at top Canadian bank and will be working on growing and establishing a partnership with them. The successful candidate seeking will have experience working in the financial and banking industry . As a Sr. Account Manager you will be client facing, managing accounts, understanding account structure as well as org structure while working alongside a sourcing team who they will be working hand and hand with.

Desired Skills and Experience *

5+ years' experience in Account Management

Strong banking and financial services book of business: RBC

Experience working within consulting firms

Understand SaaS and have a technical background (technical recruiter terms, such as java, .NET, Devops etc.)

Technical recruiting or managed services experience

Experience in a client facing role while initiating meetings through cold calling and exemplifying strong sales behaviors
