The IT Project Manager will provide leadership and support for all technology and services that support business operations across all company locations. They will ensure that all technology and services continue to meet business needs, performance, and availability expectations. They will possess a combination of strong technical competencies, business acumen, excellent communication skills, planning skills, and vendor management skills. They will have a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders, managing technical resources, delivering solutions, and serving as the escalation point of contact in support of multiple locations.

• What You'll Do:
• Support site technical operations including but not limited to cloud services, networking, telephony, internet connectivity, wireless, structured cabling, AV systems, IT and network security, physical intrusion and access systems, camera and video storage systems, lock and key management systems, workstation support, mobile device support, smart device support, new site and renovation planning, office move and launch support, on-site support, performance tuning, uptime monitoring, asset tracking, KPI reporting, systems and services documentation, contract and invoice management, IT resource and vendor management, cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, technology and services innovation, and incident response and escalation

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to technology leaders
• Expertise in building relationships with technical and business partners
• Ability to develop, communicate, and implement a technology and services vision for site operations
• Strong knowledge of network design and technologies for corporate and remote offices
• Success in leveraging traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving
• Strong aptitude to understand business process workflow
• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
• Deep understanding of current and emerging cloud-based technologies, including how other enterprises are employing them
• Experience and knowledge of project management principles, including ownership of project scope, scheduling, resources, risk, and issue management
• Effective influencing and negotiating skills when working with vendors
• Excellent time management skills for individual and team priorities

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of running and maintaining cloud-based and hybrid services
• Excellent problem solver and a high level of attention to detail
• 5+ years of IT management experience, 15+ years of IT experience
• Extensive knowledge managing outsourced service providers
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems management, or equivalent experience
• Experience with managing carrier relationships and negotiating carrier contracts
• Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT initiatives in complex and dynamic environments
