It Project Manager (3980) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to help our client with various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Structure Cabling – managing these vendors and understanding the scope
• Network Infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, etc.)
• Project Managing computer labs relocation on site and working with the stakeholders to move servers and computers to data centers where possible
• Responsible for IT infrastructure implementations, such as data centers
• Wi-Fi changes, install
• Voice platform project management – conference phone service and call center deployments – Cisco and Avaya
• Audio Visual – gathering stakeholder requirements and work with AV designers to create and implement the required TV Screens, Video Conferencing, Executive conference meeting spaces, large Video Wall installs, digital signage
• Fiber upgrade and network install

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, practices, and tools
• Network Infrastructure experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including vendors
• Skillful at proactively identifying issues and opportunities, analyzing facts and data, and developing and implementing solutions to address
• Project Manager Certificate (CAPM or PMP), Lean or Sigma
• Technical Degree
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering on commitments and budget
