HYBRID (6 days per month) - 150 King Street W 18th Floor


Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Project Manager Non-IT for a 6-month contract role with possibility for extension.


What You Will Be Doing…


  • Participate in meetings with clients and task members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs.
  • Drive follow up when managing projects.
  • Coordinating between multiple Scotia teams
  • Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time, and filing expense reports.
  • Working in tandem with another Project Manager to support the initiative.
  • Providing project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed


Must Have Skills


What you will need to succeed…


  • 4+ years of previous experience with regulatory & business projects
  • 8 years of combined previous experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator or related field
  • Experience with MS Project Plan/PowerBI
  • Experience with Excel & MS Office.


Nice-To-Have Skills


  • Previous experience in the financial industry.
  • PMP cert an asset.
