10 years’ experience in a senior project management role developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.
5 years’ experience as a project manager working on software development projects in the sector of healthcare.
5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans.
3 years’ experience managing the implementing of Staff Scheduling workforce management software projects.
2 years’ experience developing business cases with input from multiple sites, assessing cost and savings providing options and recommendations.
1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to physiological monitoring devices in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.

- Project change management, utilizing the change control process to manage changes to project scope, budget, and schedule.
