About The Role


CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Public Sector and Healthcare to drive our iconic brand by focusing marketing strategy, content and awareness directly to the security decision makers and policy makers in education, state and local government, civilian and defense federal government, and healthcare. The Public Sector PMM partners with content strategists, field marketing, public sector sales and product manager and segment PMMs by implementing integrated marketing programs and customized content that delivers new opportunities, accelerates existing ones and creates new pipeline. The successful candidate will define the strategy for PubSec and healthcare marketing that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives. while driving acquisition of new logos with a customer centric approach. In this role, you’ll be managing the messaging and content across web, social and materials presented by sellers and at events. We are looking for passion in the cybersecurity space, strong creative and marketing acumen, and a collaborative attitude.


What You’ll Do


  • Content Creation: Develop fresh content including collateral, thought leadership assets, solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles, and more to build market awareness, generate demand, and accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Develop competitive comparisons for use in positioning solution against similar offerings from other vendors
  • Serve as market-facing subject matter expert (SME) for the product portfolio and interface with industry analysts as the company representative
  • Develop and socialize marketing plans, sales enablement plan, and content creation
  • Drive an audience-centric marketing approach within the organization, ensuring that messaging, content and campaign strategies and tactics are centered around customer buying needs, pain points, and personas.
  • Develop customer stories, testimonials, reviews for external and internal use
  • Develop and enhance understanding of the public sector decision makers, policy makers and IT target audience by gathering insight about target personas, challenges, buyer needs and the purchase decision process
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the sales and marketing efforts
  • Partner with marketing peers to produce and write relevant content for target buyers across the buyer’s journey, including blogs, webinars, datasheets, guides, etc.
  • Ability to translate core product messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell strategies for the product portfolio


What You'll Need


  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
  • Highly collaborative, able to work across functional teams
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology product management (PM) or product marketing management (PMM) or similar roles — B2B SaaS experience is preferred
  • Ability to link product launches to vertical audience driven content
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to create compelling and effective value propositions and messaging
  • Experience with the public sector and healthcare cybersecurity market through content campaigns and events
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create and shape verticalized messaging
  • Empathetic to buyers, customers, users and sales resources
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing preferred.
  • Product management and/or digital campaigns experience a plus
  • Ability to conduct market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
  • Experience presenting webinars
  • Creative and innovative

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115.000 - $170.000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
