Product Marketing Manager, Adtech (Contract To Hire)

As a Product Marketer, you will be directly involved in the Strategy of Fluent's proprietary ad serving platform portfolio. You will work with teams across multiple functions in order to create business driven positioning, messaging and GTM for our suite of products.This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to impact multiple Fluent Business Units across the organization.
We are currently looking to bring someone in on a contract basis, but this role has the potential to convert to a FTE!
What You'll Do

• Leverage insights, trends and research to find customer in relevant ways to communicate the value and benefits of our products and how they support the overall brand.
• Align with product management to drive go-to-market for new and existing features.
• Ensure product marketing initiatives and communications are consistent with strategy and sales needs, including value proposition of the products and communicating it to internal and external teams.
• Lead diverse research including competitive analysis, market and industry trends, positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on project timelines for all product launch calendars.
• Manage the execution of product marketing portfolio strategies to grow Fluent market share, brand reputation, and improve our customer, advertisers and publishers experience.
• Work closely with teams across the organization including Product Management and Design, Content Marketing, and Paid Acquisition to tell a cohesive story across every user touchpoint.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing leads to define, manage and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives and features.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively, especially with the product and sales-oriented function.
• Proven success delivering high quality and quantity of work in a fast-paced start-up.
• Strong written and verbal skills, especially in crafting communications that convince/persuade prospects to engage and take action.
• 2-3 years' experience across startups, product marketing or growth marketing, with a strong track record of measurable results.
• You can manage multiple projects and have a history of work cross-functionally.
• You're adept at translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• You're strategic - You will be marketing's SME for your product!

Hourly Range: $40-$50 per hour - The hourly range represents the low and high end of the Fluent hourly range for this position. Actual hourly rates will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
