Property Manager - Toronto

Our REIT client has a Jr. Property Manager role open in North York. In this role, the Jr. Property Manager is responsible for their own select portfolio of Retail property leases, while providing support to their Sr. Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Review tenant sales figures ensuring individual performance per property/location are satisfactory
• Routine property visits ensuring positive client/tenant relations, while safeguarding high standards for property presentation, cleanliness, and facilities in good working order
• Provide Landlord any tenant concerns, activities, complaints, dissatisfactions, and keep abreast of market competition; new retailers, closures, shopping centre traffic, etc
• Assist coordinating of all capital and/or building improvements
• Ensure tenants respect their obligations outlined in their lease re: collections, operations and insurances
• Assist Sr. Property Manager developing Annual Budget, and other administrative duties ie: processing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, other billing/invoices, documents, etc
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivables ensuring invoices have been sent, and collect rent when required

Qualifications
Sharp minded and positive influencer who has an understanding and experience of managing a client facing business
Experiences could come from: Real Estate (sales or administration), Property Management, Retail Store Management, etc
