Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team (Toronto)

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties in TORONTO. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities Of Assistant Resident Managers

•  Preparing apartments for new residents
•  Assisting with leasing suites
•  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
•  Responding to on-call requests
•  Minor maintenance repairs
•  Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)

Requirements Of Assistant Resident Managers

•  Ability to perform in a team environment
•  Ability to work some evening and weekends.
•  Cleaning experience
•  Customer service skills
•  Minor maintenance skills
