Office Manager Jobs

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Office Manager. This is a 1-year contract opportunity with possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown corporation client. The successful candidate must be eligible for an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance. This role is Hybrid in Toronto.

The Office Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform Administrative duties like booking travel arrangement including flights, hotels, accommodations;
• Maintain accurate and up to date records and files, both electronic and paper based;
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging for necessary equipment and supplies;
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring;
• Attend and take meetings, follow up with team members on action items and deadlines;
• Track team members with time and expenses, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures;
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and maintain records;
• Identify and resolve the administrative issues regarding office space;
• Other administrative duties as assigned;
• Manage and prioritize email correspondence for the team and respond to general routine inquiries;
• Familiarize with rules of procurement, prepare the results based on the information from the advisers;

The Office Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Capable of operating alone within large organizations rules and processes;
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple administrative tasks at the enterprise level;
• Must have a University degree or college diploma;
• Experience dealing with procurement processes;
• Must have excellent organizational skills;
