Job Description

MPR Advisors Inc. is a dynamic and growing real estate appraisal and planning firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


We are looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant who will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office and provide essential support to the Principal. This multifaceted role includes standard office management responsibilities, executive assistant duties, and the opportunity to engage in real estate research, helping our team stay informed and competitive in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


Office Management:

1.Bookkeeping:Manage financial records, invoices, and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

2.Compensation:Reconcile commission splits against support staff for Senior Directors

3.Office Organization:Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance.

4.Scheduling:Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Principal and team members.

5.Communication:Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently and professionally.

6.Client Support:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries and requests as needed.


Executive Assistant:

1.Personal Assistance:Assist the Principal with personal matters, such as managing bills, appointments, and other personal tasks.

2.Task Coordination:Help manage the Principal's to-do list, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with precision.

3.Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.


Real Estate Research (Role Development Opportunity):

1.Market Research:Support the team with real estate market research, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

2.Report Generation:Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to real estate market analysis.


Qualifications:

·Proven experience in office management and/or executive assistant roles.

·Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with impeccable attention to detail.

·Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

·Interest in real estate appraisal and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

·Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., office management, administrative assistance) is a plus.
