Executive Assistant to the Persident and CEO and Office Manager
Salary up to 85,000 + fantastic bonus + full immediate benefits + 3+ weeks of vacation. This role is on the TTC line (mid town) and you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week. There are flexible hours and minimial time working outside of regular business hours.
The Role will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for senior staff including the President and CEO and the Chief Compliance Officer. This will include managing schedules, meetings, travel and planning events. The role will also involve working closely with the corporate secretary to prepare board meeting documents and organization of board activities. Additionally, the role will involve work with the facilities team in the capacity of an Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to the senior leadership of the company.
• Work closely with executives to proactively manage schedule and competing priorities.
• Plan internal and external events.
• Work with clients and vendors to ensure the office runs in a smooth and efficient way.
• Acts as liaison between the SLT and external partners as needed.
• Coordination of office supplies and premises duties including acting as main point of contact with building management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• College diploma or undergraduate degree
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented culture and flat structure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and open to learning new applications as needed.
• Resourcesful, proactive, flexible, collobrative and team oriented.
• Event planning experience.
