Company Description

Our client is a well-established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Superintendent or Resident Manager Team to join their organization in a highly sought after neighborhood in the GTA. In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and showing of vacant suites.


If you enjoy being part of a high-performing team with a work-hard play-hard culture and have a strong background in property management, we want to hear from you. Our client offers a stable work environment and an excellent rotating schedule.


Compensation

$50,000 – $60,000 + accommodations


Position Description

As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Respond to afterhours emergencies
  • Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
  • All administrative duties as required
  • Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
  • Showing of vacant suites as required


Experience

In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:


  • Experience as a “Live-In” Building Manager Team within High Rise residential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
