Position Overview
This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week and weekend, with a few full day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of a Premium In-Seat Supervisor:

• Will assist with handling guest and/or employee relations (complaints, disagreements, alcohol violations, etc.).
• Directly managing In-Seat Service and Skyline staff while having direct interactions with Guests.
• Ensuring all staff are adhering to all in-house and AGCO alcohol policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, foreseeing any potential problems before they occur.
• Work directly with all Managers and PSS Supervisor to ensure that food and beverage services provided by Legends meet or exceed our Guests’ and Clients’ expectations and that employees are adhering to all health and safety policies.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory when needed and research and perform reconciliations.
• Assign sections to In-Seat Servers and communicate reservations to bar staff.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
• Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Able to adapt to change quickly.
• Fast paced problem solving.
• Must have a valid Smart Serve.
• Customer service and communication.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Previous supervising experience required within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
