Premium Payables Analyst Jobs

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Manage and deliver a best-in-class fan experience within all premium level experiences including suites, loge and our lounge.

Collaborate with Membership team to enhance overall membership experience within the lounge.

Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, problem-solving skills and negotiating skills

3-5 yearsexperience ( sport/entertainment organization is preferred)delivering a best-in-class experience that includes a food and beverage component of delivery

3-5 years experience in a revenue acquisition role

Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

Previous supervising experience required within the hospitality industry.

Directly managing In-Seat Service and Skyline staff while having direct interactions with Guests.

Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, foreseeing any potential problems before they occur.

Will assist with handling guest and/or employee relations (complaints, disagreements, alcohol violations, etc.).

Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

Continuously build and maintain knowledge of industry and company guidelines, regulations, and workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Sound knowledge of digital banking and technical skills in wealth management

Develop existing customer relationships through active management of portfolios, ensuring solutions continually meet customer’s needs

Attract new customers through referrals, promoting products and service offerings that match their financial needs

2 years of proven experience in a customer facing role in the banking industry

Continually develop new and innovative experiences and events.

Responsible for the preparation of meeting room contracts for external clients. Ensuring contracts are properly signed and acknowledged by all parties.

Circulate game day menus to clients, manage guest lists and special requests.

Provide support and assistance to the premium experiences team

Manager on Duty as required, on a rotational basis

Responsible for recommending changes in basic structure and organization of the premium experience group to ensure objectives are met
