A Premium Payables Associate is responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions. They are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner. They must also ensure that all vendor invoices are properly coded and entered into the accounting system. They must also maintain accurate records of all payments and ensure that all payments are reconciled with the vendor’s records. Premium Payables Associates must also be able to analyze and interpret financial data, as well as identify and resolve discrepancies. To become a Premium Payables Associate, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial analysis. Additionally, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
