Position Overview
This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full day events scheduled.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of an In-Seat Server:

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure the guest has received all their orders.
• Product Knowledge – must quickly learn the In-Seat menu.
• Must provide a high level of customer service. Serve all customers in a courteous and cordial manner.
• Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests sitting in our boxed seats.
• Ensure all tabs are settled before the end of the event and that the guest is charged accurately, and the correct change is given.
• Required to adhere to all in house and AGCO alcohol policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends when needed.
• Must be a team player by helping others where appropriate and/or when asked.
• Must have a valid Smart Serve and be at least 18 years of age to legally serve alcohol.
• Minimum of two years server experience in a high traffic establishment required.
