Food & Beverage Breakfast Server

The hotel is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Breakfast Server, responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Server will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Adhere to hotel grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene;
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues;
• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents;
• Ensure that floor stations are stocked and tidy at all times;
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner;
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products;
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner;

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Previous experience in cash handling;
• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry;
