Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Dressing Room Server JOB SUMMARY We are currently looking for outgoing, positive, and team-oriented Dressing Room Servers, who will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experienced handling payment and gratuities through a POS system (preferred)
• Serve drinks at rink level
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent) QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
• Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage when required
• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required
