Reporting to the AVP, Money Movement Product Services, the Product Manager will be responsible for the development, delivery, and management of Alias & New Payment Flow capabilities to enable customers to pay for goods & services from their account. They will enable payment capabilities that will be utilized across various channels, payment platforms and value chains to solve market needs.

You're great at...

• Leading discussions with engineers, product analysts, suppliers and clients to develop product requirements and specifications.
• Working with Interac’s Project Management Office to deliver agreed features, capabilities, policy and regulations in full, on time, on budget, and with agreed benefits in accordance with corporate methodologies.
• Forecasting and delivering product volume growth, drawing on market trend analysis, consumer behavior and economic factors. Providing recommendations for product or service improvements based on market research.
• Owning the technical product roadmap; interacting with Product Management, Business System Analysts and the business to develop product specifications.
• Working with Product Managers focused on Commerce, Money Movement and adjacent business verticals for annual plans, including product enhancement, product marketing, product growth, segment strategies and annual budgeting.
• Preparing product updates to communicate on the business performance while actively looking for opportunities.
• Assisting in the execution of the Interac money movement platform strategy through enablement of new products and capabilities to serve the market.
• Relationship management with partners on Money Movement & Commerce products and managing expectations on strategies and roadmaps for product enhancements.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in a role with transferrable skills.
• Hands on tactical focus to provide close attention to product service, problem resolution and customer experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated success of leading product strategy & execution from concept to launch.
• Proven Product Management experience in the finance, electronic solutions and payments industries.
• Strong planning, analytical and evaluation skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral, to ensure plans and product development presentations are clearly communicated, understood and effectively applied.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative commercial analytics skills.
• A passion for technology and are web savvy, an early adopter.
