Title: User Access & Provisioning Advisor

Description:
Responsible for managing the process and activities to ensure end users have approved system access the day one of Unify* Go-live to execute transactions needed to do their job. This role includes working with the Product Owners, functional teams, Internal Audit, the Project Management Office, and security teams to support the segregation of duty checks, pre Go-live data validation, the development and validation of provisioning files and other security activities, and data validation, ensuring a seamless training delivery and system deployment.
**Unify is an enterprise-wide, transformational program that is implementing standardized processes, ways of working, and data, supported by its Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems of Oracle Cloud and Maximo, throughout.
Specific Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain a role mapping plan and tools, aligned with the overall Program milestones to support learner identification for training, UAT access and production access at Go-live.
• Work with Functional Change Management Specialists, Business Unit Change Teams and Functional Project teams to identify users and understand current access across the organization.
• Maintain end-user and People Leader awareness artifacts required to ensure end users and People Leaders understand role mapping and leadership accountabilities.
• Work with Workday, the Product teams, the OCM team, and the Business Unit SMEs to identify and segment end-user populations.
• Map personas and/or Maximo Security Groups/Oracle Job roles to BU/Function end users based on the ERP solution design.
• Work with Business Unit Change teams to educate People Leaders on Role Mapping, identify required access for end users with People Leaders, and prepare and manage processes to have People Leaders validate end-user access (provisioning files).
• Manage a process to sending provisioning files to the Oracle and Maximo Security teams (through ServiceNow ensuring audit evidence is captured).
• Post People Leader validation, prepare and provide UAT Tester provisioning files.
• Support the Training team’s identification of learners for training planning, logistics, and delivery.
• Support BU/Functional teams and Super Users during Go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and transition activities to production/sustainment teams.
• Follow audit standard guidelines to document and store role mapping processes, approvals, and files.
• Identify and maintain a process for People Leader approval of end-user access, which can be used as evidence for audit reviews.
• Interact regularly with technical and functional support colleagues, product owners, security teams, the service desk, and other internal TIS contacts across all client business units.
• Analyze technical problems and questions applicable to role mapping data issues, workflows, reports, and interfaces as applicable. This involves self-starting and proactive research, testing, and documenting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required:
• Minimum 5+ years of proven and progressive hands-on/in-depth technical experience with enterprise financial systems, ideally Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Maximo
• University or technical degree or diploma in Computer Science or relevant work experience
• Understanding of how system configuration impacts user experience
• Experienced in managing security parameters and user access
• Understanding system modules and user permission to map to various system modules (i.e. Cost Centre/OBU roll-ups)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
Preferred:
• Experience on ERP or other similar implementation projects considered an asset
• Power BI use

• Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible
• Numerous, often competing interests, must be managed concurrently while providing operational oversight, negotiating, and influencing
• Travel to other client locations may be required
• Hybrid model (onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs and remote Wed/Friday)
