Your “Day to Day”


The Downstream Planner is responsible of managing the downstream inventory throughout the end-to-end supply chain. He or she will ensure successful inventory management guarantying timely availability. The planner will follow up on right product availability levels, identify main drivers, opportunities, and risks, create optimized responses, and validate them with the stakeholders.


Main Accountabilities


  • Manage Budget and ensure proper forecasting process.
  • Support leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Downstream inventory planning for Project based activities, including phase out strategy deployment, inventory re-balancing, action plan development and others.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the inventory strategy, risks mitigation, New Product launched execution through regular weekly/bi-weekly governance and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Manage weekly/monthly end-to-end downstream inventory visibility and projection throughout the supply chain by providing Inventory movement inputs and alerts to demand and supply planners, tracking for project-based activities, replenishment recommendations to warehousing and fulfillment teams and identifying risks exposure.


What We Are Looking For


  • Ability to lead directly or indirectly
  • University/College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Power BI tools etc.) is required
  • Knowledge of basic Finance principles; ability to use financial concepts & terminology and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF) is a strong plus
  • End 2 End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience preferred / APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred
  • 3-5 Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to planning in Supply Chain, Sales operations, or Business Planning & Development.
  • Exceptional Project management skills
  • Strong collaborative communication and teamwork skills
