Overview A Manufacturing Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling production activities in a manufacturing environment. They are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all materials and resources are available when needed. They must also be able to anticipate and plan for any potential problems that may arise during the production process. Detailed Job Description The Manufacturing Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining production plans and schedules. This includes analyzing customer orders and determining the most efficient and cost-effective way to produce the product. The Manufacturing Planner must also monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that production is completed on time and within budget. They must also be able to anticipate and plan for any potential problems that may arise during the production process. Job Skills Required• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and systems

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
