The Manufacturing Operator is a member of the manufacturing team who provides routine support to the Technologists in an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom environment and reports to the Manufacturing Lead.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the required materials for the batches
• Sanitize equipment and unload products which have been sterilized
• Adhere to GMP and ISO13485 quality systems
• Prepare the line clearance before and after production
• Set up trays for sterilization
• Assist in the cleaning process at the glass washing area
• Prepare materials for filling process and set up tubs for filling and stoppering
• Prepare and set up the equipment for production

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Other duties as assigned
• Participation in weekly operations meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Knowledge/Experience

• High School diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Requirement to work in clean room areas and laboratory setting up to 90% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in ISO Cleanroom environments
• Working experience with cGMP and GLP
