• •Assist team with constructability issue during design phase.
• •Lean Six Sigma Experience desirable.
• •Communicates in a timely, honest, candid, direct, and concise manner.
• •Able to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
• •Thrives in a team environment.
• 7 years’ experience as PM.
• •Vendor and punch list management.
• •Organized and structured in work.
• •Monitoring progress with respect to schedule.
• •Developing project SOWs, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with full documentation based on client project engineering requirements.
• •Coordinate contractor meetings for review of progress and site issue.
• •Perform active change management towards the client or contractors in terms of contract deviations.
• •Actively maintain a continuous improvement mindset, suggesting and driving improvements related to efficiency, production, automation and/or equipment design, and downtime elimination.
• •Manage multiple projects at various stages of development.
