Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst. The successful incumbent will assure internal and external requirements are satisfied by co-coordinating production plans, including but not limited to: MOS, material planning, OTC & scheduling.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance, workload analysis, backlog identification and management.
• Establish and maintain robust methods for reporting on forecasting, exceptions, procurement, inventory tracking by program
• Monitor current production performance against plan.
• MOS Audit facilitation
• Regularly meets with cross-functional teams to present data analysis to improve OTC and Inventory Management.

Position Requirements

• APICS qualification
• 3-5 years experience in material and production planning
• Post Secondary education
• Excellent computer skills
• MS Excel (expert level)
• ERP implementation experience an asset
• Power BI reporting (expert level)
