Minimum of 5 years‘ experience of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Maintain equipment and inventory levels to manage and maintain current and future projects.

Develop the skills and expertise of the department

Manage the production of all products with all production personnel with respect to quality, technology, training, maintenance, safety and the environment.

Produce products per scheduled forecast in order to supply customers and fully meet their quality, service and delivery requirements.

Resolve workers’ complaints and / or submit unsettled complaints to the General Manager.

Assesses each employee’s abilities and skills to match with capabilities required for each area of the manufacturing floor.

Meets regularly on a formal basis with Management Team to review production results and improvement priorities.

Conflict Resolution Management and Time Management.

Evaluates interpersonal skills, provides feedback and recommends as well as methods to improve interpersonal communications.

Establishes and builds working relationships with other departmental personnel, such as Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning and Quality to meet production schedules.

1-3 years’ related work experience

5+ years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.

Education, Training or Certification Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Billing Processes, Plant/Pipeline operations, and associated applications. General Requirements and Knowledge

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate IT personnel as needed

Decision-making skills: Considers all factors before making a decision, makes quick decisions when necessary and accepts the consequences and risks involved.

Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa

Knowledge of Engineering Change Management procedures.

Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP APQP and PSO requirements.

Prepare project schedules and timelines as outlined in internal procedures and customer specific requirements.

Assign responsibilities and track program progress (including tooling, process equipment, raw material, PPAP approval, etc.)

Experience in automotive industry, preferably in metal stamping.

Knowledge of inspection gauges and measurement techniques.

· Perform inventory duties and review with Manager;

· Knowledge of electro-mechanical and hydraulic components of machines;

· Experience in Automotive/Defence/OEM production facility

· Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

· Union experience is an asset but not required.

· Supervising the assigned shift

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members.

Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges during the satellite development process.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Manage the build and release team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective collaboration and efficient execution of tasks.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.

Direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations and/or Supply Chain Management certification preferred

5+ years of experience implementing inventory and warehouse management solutions

Consulting experience required; project management experience is an asset

Work with sales and project team members to design solutions to address inventory, distribution and warehousing requirements

Assist in collection of client requirements and the subsequent development of solutions to effectively deliver solutions

Deliver on site or remote business process and application support to customers as required

Knowledge of components and materials used in the production process.

Loads parts on paint fixtures for painting per paint schedule;

Unloads painted parts from paintline, packs them in racks and moves to assembly workstations and/or places onto appropriate belts;

Reworks and/or finesses painted parts depending on defect before repainting or packing;

Inspects painted parts for defects and flaws.

Carries out line changes as required

Perform system maintenance, workload analysis, backlog identification and management.

Regularly meets with cross-functional teams to present data analysis to improve OTC and Inventory Management.

3-5 years experience in material and production planning

ERP implementation experience an asset

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus

Arrange production schedule according to pick-up schedule for that day

Pre-op at beginning of every shift, walk through with supervisor prior to shift start

Verify paper work is completed by mixers, line operators and HACCP coordinators; forms accurately filled

Responsible for verifying CCPs, enforcing all quality and food safety policies and procedures

Conduct spot checks of mixers on a daily basis and complete evaluation forms

4+ years as a production supervisor in a food manufacturing setting
