To meet the needs of our summer production, Custom Castings is seeking seasonal full-time employees to join our team!

We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Week Days: Monday - Thursday 7 am - 5 pm

You will be responsible for the following:

• In a team environment manufacture castings to support our production
• Work as a team with other Finishers and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet delivery commitments
• On job training provided
• Cutting, sanding and grinding castings

You will possess the following:

• Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across organization
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs
• The ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset
• Must be flexible with working overtime
