Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the machinery is functional
  • Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
  • Lead team members Track metrics


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to act independently
  • Proficient in Excel
