Position: Java Production Support

Location: Downtown, Toronto

Duration: 6+Months

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll contribute to Client Application Operations- Enterprise Technology group by successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects involving Container and Cloud development.As a Senior Consultant in Application Operations you will design, build, implement and maintain easy, flexible, and personalized solutions that enhance systems.As you lead the planning and strategy for the technical design, working directly with development teams and integrate these applications and tools into production, you’ll help build the future of data protection services at the bank. You will be building pipelines, making connections, gathering artifacts for Audit and compliance and providing technical guidance and leadership to a large team.

This position requires On-Call support 24/7/365 for critical issues and 2nd level escalations.

Experience Required

You can demonstrate experience in 5-7 years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience. Technical experience with: Unix/Linux, Bash Shell Scripting, JavaScript, Python/Go Programming, Ansible, MSSQL, Oracle, Object Stores, Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.You have strong knowledge of: Container Image builds and DevOps integration. Experience with Production Application support a plus.
