Production/Manufacturing Supervisor Jobs

Pure Staffing Solutions Inc., a Canadian leader in sourcing skilled trades, engineering, and operations candidates is currently searching for a production supervisor on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in London, ON. Responsibilities:

· Supervising the assigned shift

· Record the Reliability of each machine hourly;

· Reassign machine operators in case of Machine breakdown;

· Perform inventory duties and review with Manager;

· Review PM reports of each machine and takes action as required;

· Order Spares and maintain critical spares inventory;

· Prepare monthly meetings with plant employees (Tool Box Talks)

Requirements:

· Knowledge of electro-mechanical and hydraulic components of machines;

· Experience in Automotive/Defence/OEM production facility

· Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

· Union experience is an asset but not required.

· Strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00 per year
