Appoint Staffing is seeking dependable, hard-working production associates for one of our clients in Toronto, ON facility. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production schedule is met on time, while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.

Production Associates Duties And Responsibilities

• Must be able to identify materials, determine and verify quantities
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
• Work on the production floor with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Follow all procedures, work instructions for all product types
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Must be available for overtime
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals
