We are looking for a facility cleaner to join our organization in a full-time permanent opportunity in Markham.
Straight afternoon shift
3:30 pm - 11:15 pm (until June)
4:00 pm - 12:00 midnight (Starting July)
Monday - Friday
$18 hourly rate
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, washrooms, locker rooms, office, cafeterias, boardrooms and Executive offices
• Remove garbage, cardboard, and secure paper recycling
• Complete additional daily tasks as assigned by Supervisor or designate and ensure compliance with daily check sheets provided
• Report any environmental or health and safety issues when required
• Vacuum, clean: toilets, sinks, countertops and tables, restock supplies, wash and dry mop floors and dust offices
• Restock supplies in lunchrooms and servery – cups, creamers, napkins, coffee, sugar, and tea
• Clean glass doors and turnstiles as required

Qualifications

• Reliable track record
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Resume and references required
• Able to bend, lift, push, pull etc.
• Comply with company policies and procedures
