Plan & schedule maintenance work including meter installations, leak repairs and stop tap installations for our field teams

Honours degree in planning, and knowledge in the planning field, such as environmental, resources, urban or rural, and/or land use planning.

Demonstrable experience in WMS, database query management (AS400 is preferred).

Each of those waves may require follow-up and feedback from Allocations and Operational Management

Work hands on with Corporate and DC management to accommodate any changes that may occur to the wave building process

Identify issues/exceptions/shortages and follow up with Management, Logistics and Invento

Ability to follow the directives of management

Optimize waves based on operational criteria, whilst maintaining routing rules and determining VAS requirements

Works with departmental staff and management to understand project operational needs and objectives related to space.

Prepares communications to staff and management regarding project status updates.

Minimum two (2) years related experience or equivalent accommodation planning experience with responsibilities for project coordination and monitoring.

Manages information in accordance with legislation and corporate standards.

Demonstrated presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and with teams and with ability to manage competing priorities.

Minimum of three (3) years’ municipal planning experience

Experience in delivering planning projects with minimal direction

Well-developed written, communication, organizational and presentation, critical judgment, analytical thinking skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Knowledge of Urban Design and architectural styles and built form

for an experienced and motivated individual.

University Degree in Urban Planning or a Planning related discipline

Effective time management skills with the ability to function in a high volume, challenging environment;

Professional project management and execution of planning projects;

Master’s Degree in community planning, urban design, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 years community planning experience, preferably with a background in consulting.

Experience in development approvals and municipal development processes.

Experience with local government policy and bylaw development.

·Project management including client communications, budget tracking and invoicing

·Strong time-management and ability to independently organize schedule to meet team deadlines

·Planning Degree and/or experience in addition to undergraduate degree

·Experience with graphic design (using Adobe suite) to lay out reports and create visuals
