User Experience Analyst Jobs

Work closely with business, engineering, and customer service partners to translate business requirements to data problems.

Own the canonical data for risk user experience and can effectively convert this data into actionable insights.

Partner with other data scientists to run A/B experiments to improve our Risk products and improve user experience.

Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail

Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company.

Experience with distributed data frameworks like Hadoop and Spark to write and debug data pipelines.

Must have an interest or work experience in the Canadian energy sector.

Must be 18 years of age, or older.

User Experience Lead key responsibilities

At least 3 years of experience doing hands-on UX and UI design for software products

At least 1 year of experience creating designs and clickable prototypes in Figma

At least 1 year of experience leading a UX/UI design team
