Our client is a world-leading Series C funded multichannel commerce platform. As they go through their next exciting phase of growth they’re looking for a UX Manager with a strong background in a fast-moving eCommerce company and UX. What you'll be doing:

• Be responsible for creating executable, tangible materials for services and goods from concepts and mockups
• On the basis of a study of the problems and their business consequences, offer suggestions and recommendations on user experience viewpoint and user-centered design practices for putting solutions into practice.
• Use design research, user case analysis, journey mapping, and content modeling to lead the end-to-end iterative design process and provide human-centered design solutions.
• Lead and plan user research initiatives, including but not limited to developing and conducting interviews and surveys to understand the requirements, subtleties, and core causes of merchants and their end consumers.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategic objectives with internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are:

• Creates several solutions to an issue and suggests one that would work best, verifying the plan with the team and ensuring implementation.
• Proficient in design thinking and facilitation techniques.
• Delivers outcomes that contribute to business KPIs and OKRs (objectives and key results) when a project is being carried out.
• Ability to coach and be a reliable source of information to team members with less experience.
• Independently uses a scrappy MVP approach when appropriate while considering scalability and fundamental needs.
