As a Corporate Access Coordinator you will be coordinating and managing roadshows, conferences and events globally for corporate clients of Financial Markets and Institutional investors.

Your Role

• Organizing conferences: creating online registration, setting the agenda, organizing one-on-one meetings and all schedules, working with the venue and attending onsite for complete execution
• Managing Non-Deal roadshows across North America: organizing logistics, preparing presentations, and communicating with internal and external clients
• Working closely with internal partners in Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, Equity Research and your Corporate Access Partners
• Occasional travel may be required within North America

The Corporate Access team is located in Toronto but manages roadshows globally. Ongoing collaboration with the team is key. The in-office environment is situated on the Financial Markets trading floor. The ability to multi-task in a loud, fast-paced environment is essential. This role will report to the Director, Head of Corporate Access.

Qualifications

Competencies required:

• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with senior level clients including corporate management teams and institutional investors within Corporate Access
• Familiar with CRM Systems and online registration system
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Competencies

• Organized and strong multitasking skills
• A strong team player with the ability to self-manage
• Knowledge of the Financial Markets industry, specifically sales, trading and investment banking.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Expertise with event management tools (Ipreo, Salesforce, Q4)
