• Valid PMP Certificate. Proof of certification is requested with response.
• 10 years' experience managing complex third party vendor and contractual relationships in a government or health care environment. The response should include at least 2 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years.
• Proven strong interpersonal and communications skills in dealing with health care professionals, government officials and public stakeholders. The response should provide 3 examples of the nature, scope and level of interactions undertaken by the candidate.
• 5 years' managing projects that incorporated organizational change management and engagement strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as Prosci. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years and specifying the methodology applied.
• 5 years' experience managing projects or programs that includes senior level (e.g. Treasury Board, Cabinet, Boards, etc.) interaction and communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the nature of the interactions and duration of the work that totals at least 5 years.
• 10 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager managing and implementing projects within complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs. The response should include at least 2 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years.
• 2 years' experience as a Project Manager working on projects with indigenous stakeholders and incorporating indigenous societal values into the delivery approach, The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.
• 5 years' managing projects in a healthcare delivery environment, working directly with health system leaders or front line clinicians. This is defined as Acute Care, Community Care, Public Health Care or Personal Care Homes. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years and specifying the types of stakeholders involved.
• 10 years' experience creating project plans, project schedules, project level and executive level status reports, budgets, cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of technology, business or process change, in a complex sector such as healthcare, financial services or other public sectors. The response should include at least 2 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years
