We’re looking for a Content Performance Manager to join our Content and Creator Development team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content, you will oversee our performance dashboards and performance requests for content. You will play a key role by generating reports, and communicating those reports to the rest of the department and organizational stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate with team members in Content and Marketing to update their daily dashboards, and when necessary, update them yourself
• Develop a broader trends report to identify possible changes in the monthly update to Content and Marketing teams so they can make adjustments to campaigns and pipelines respectively
• Review all data against expected changes and promotions, allowing us to take immediate action when we see changes in performance
• Make recommendation to Content and Marketing on next/immediate steps on any stories or campaigns requiring necessary change
• Merge data reports together and create daily status reports related to updates within Content

What we're looking for:

• You have experience with project management
• You are detailed oriented and operational, caring about how everything gets done and knowing the exact steps along the way
• You have familiarity with tools such as SQL, Looker, ReDash, Excel, Google Sheets
• You have a bias toward action as a result of your observations
• You have experience tracking social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, retail sales, or app performance
• You have a desire to use data to better understand the world you are working in, giving authors and Wattpad the best chance for success

Wattpad is conducting all interviews in a distributed manner using applicable third party software where needed and using visual interface tools such as Google Hangouts and Zoom.
