Senior Account Manager, Jobs

Marks is looking to add an immmediate Senior Account Manager to our Marks Toronto team (could be remote or hybrid in our beautiful office.

*Technically this person will be brought on for about 18 months to cover a leave, but we'd like to partner with you long term.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Relationship Building/Maintaining

• Obsessively client focused, always looking for ways to surprise and delight clients.
• Seeks out opportunities to provide additional information on brand that is outside of project
• Serves as the direct contact liaison between the client and creative, strategic and production teams.
• Receives and provides all client direction, questions, and relevant information to teams.
• Scope.
• Provides “added value” through the strength of the relationship and personal association.

Project Management

• Ensures smooth transition of the creative/strategic process to the production process.
• Organizes content, flow, and materials with creative team to create a compelling, thought- provoking presentation and representation of MARKS.
• Coordinates internal review meetings and client meetings and conference calls as appropriate.

Financial

• Reviews financial performance against approved fee and expense budget.
• Manages project deliverables and requests addendums for out-of-scope work.
• Develops proposals, budgets, and reconciliations for all project activity on assigned accounts.

Qualifications that will help:

• 4-6 years of related experience
• Ability to work across multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in client relationship building and team leadership (agency experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Ability to present effectively to clients and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
