Job Description

Are you an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a passion for enterprise account management and success in selling SaaS solutions in the Canadian market? We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to spearhead the rollout of our AI-based digital experience solutions for our Canadian enterprise customers. As an Account Manager, you will lead our team of professionals to drive growth within enterprise accounts to maintain and grow new opportunities. Based in Toronto, this is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships with key clients, and shape the future of the digital transformation through our cutting-edge AI-based digital experience solutions.


Responsibilities

·Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to maximize revenue and growth within enterprise accounts in the travel industry.

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our footprint and share of wallet.

·Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and position our AI based digital experience solutions as transformative solutions.

·Provide consultative guidance to clients, develop a thorough understanding their market, products and services, pain points and challenges, and offer tailored recommendations to drive value and business outcomes.

·Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.

·Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and project delivery, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

·Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

·Conduct regular business reviews, presenting insights, metrics, and success stories to showcase the value of our solutions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Qualifications

·5- 8 years of experience with a proven track record of success in enterprise account management for SaaS solutions, preferably within the travel, insurance, or healthcare industries.

·Understanding of digital experience solutions, AI technologies, and their applications.

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

·Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.

·Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

·Self-motivated, with a passion for growing the business and delivering exceptional customer value.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

·Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

·Strong presentation, writing and phone skills.

·Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
