Position: Data Analyst

Location: Toronto Downtown – Remote

Job Type: 7-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension

Are you a highly skilled Data Analyst with excellent communication abilities? Are you experienced in SQL and Excel spreadsheet analysis? Join our client's dynamic team in Toronto Downtown as a Catalog Technical Account Manager. This 7-month contract opportunity comes with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Requirements:

- Exceptional communication skills

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, proficient in SQL and Excel spreadsheets

- Ability to work with large volumes of data

- Strong customer service skills and aptitude for client interactions

- Fully remote role with optional access to the Toronto offices a few days a week

As a Catalog Content Admin, you will contribute to the enhancement of catalog data quality by curating and labeling high-quality information.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing data labeling and annotation projects to elevate catalog quality (for instance, verifying the accuracy of attributes (e.g., organic) by investigating multiple data points (e.g., images, external websites) to ensure superior quality)

- Assessing vendor accuracy by reviewing their results for data quality workflows (for example, standardizing variations of brands into the correct brand through internal and external research and validating the vendor's answers through review and validation)
