Job Description

Bang Albino Communications is a dynamic and innovative full-service global agency specializing in strategic, creative, and tactical marketing services for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a strategic lead, the Senior Account Manager will work closely with our pharmaceutical clients, collaborating with cross-functional partners to oversee projects from inception to delivery.

  • Provide strategic guidance and ensure projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail
  • Supervises and mentors junior account team
  • Serve as the main point of contact and maintain proactive client relations management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with Rx&D, PAAB, and ASC guidelines
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel within the GTA

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably on the agency side
  • Familiarity with clinical data interpretation to develop compelling and compliant advertising materials that support brand communication goals
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering excellence for existing and new clients
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience in financial management of projects
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction
