Bang Albino Communications is a dynamic and innovative full-service global agency specializing in strategic, creative, and tactical marketing services for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a strategic lead, the Senior Account Manager will work closely with our pharmaceutical clients, collaborating with cross-functional partners to oversee projects from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Possess expertise in selling digital marketing services/products and applying innovative solutions to client requests

- Think tactically and strategically to meet and exceed client needs
- Exhibit strong project management skills to drive successful project outcomes
- Successfully manage and prioritize multiple, competing projects
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective business communication
- Provide strategic guidance and ensure projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail
- Supervises and mentors junior account team
- Serve as the main point of contact and maintain proactive client relations management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with Rx&D, PAAB, and ASC guidelines
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive business growth
- Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel within the GTA
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably on the agency side
- Familiarity with clinical data interpretation to develop compelling and compliant advertising materials that support brand communication goals
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of delivering excellence for existing and new clients
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in financial management of projects
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction
