Who You Are:
You are a dynamic, curious and energetic individual eager to be at the forefront of digital marketing strategies. You will be working as part of the Labelium Montreal team, where you will contribute to developing digital marketing strategies that will be used as drivers to support the growth of the account portfolio you will be in charge of.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring campaigns are meeting clearly defined objectives
- Lead communications with the client, developing a strong working relationship and being a strategic partner for all stakeholders
- Monitor, track and optimize campaigns daily and weekly & oversee operational team
- Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and translating them into actionable steps for client accounts
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for all client accounts, including daily budget monitoring
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels – paid search, display, video, and social platforms
- Share expertise, learnings, and trends with internal teams and collaborating to meet client needs and identify new growth opportunities
- Manage the campaign lifecycle, including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, and budget management
- Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or any other related disciplines
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture
- Experience and working understanding of TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and Microsoft Ads is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic data-driven thinking
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role of Sr. Account Manager
- Strong computer skills: Google Sheets/MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint/Google Slides & MS Word/Google Documents
- Experience and strong working understanding of Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
