Senior Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid/Mid Town, Toronto - 4 days a week onsite

Duration: 6 months with potential for permanent hire

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri

Our client is a financial services firm, providing funding to small and medium sized real estate developers in the Toronto area.

What you’ll do:

• Looking for new software company for loan admin and fund admin.
• Need someone to take that project and run with it.
• Good customer service as they will be talking to borrowers (making sure they are serviced with care)
• Looking for someone who is very detailed oriented.
• They would report into VP of Operations.
• Organizing the office, ordering suppliers.
• Managing HR documentation.
• Higher level, operator/office manager.
• Running a software program now for loan admin.
• Another example is taking forms and contracts and moving them to DocuSign.
• 5 years or more (been in operator role and grown in operator role)
• Reasonable financial background, fluent with numbers.
• Modernize certain processes into the new world and digitally.
• Don’t have enough hands-on deck and need support and assistance.

Must Haves

• Looking for operations. No marketing or sales side.
• Someone who had an MBA, BBA or BCOM, general business background.
• University degree ( bachelor degree)
• Software's: fluent in excel ( general calculations), well versed in office 365 operations. Basics , mailchimp , adobe, formstack. Married to office 365.

Skills Needed

• Ability to work well under pressure, within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to take on new duties
• Can apply sound judgement and demonstrate initiative with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent with Excel, Microsoft office, Adobe, Form Stack and DocuSign
