Two (2) years’ experience required in direct management of employees and their performance OR

Applies Quality Driven Management principles to promote continuous improvement.

Two (2) years of operational or military leadership experience OR

A combination of above listed experience

Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
