Amazon is growing its network of DSPs who own and operate successful logistics businesses and build a team of Delivery Associates (DAs) who are obsessed with the customer experience.

We are looking for a Communications Manager who is fluent in French and English to support the DSP program in Canada. You will own creation, translation, and customization of content for Canada DSPs and their Delivery Associates (DAs). In addition, you will work with a talented group of communicators and help them build best-in-class communications and content that result in high levels of engagement with all DSPs.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with business acumen and excellent writing ability. Exercising extremely high judgment in narrow timeframes, particularly by injecting logic and care into strategic communications targeted at DSPs, is critical.

You will Insist on the Highest Standards regarding DSP-facing communications and content. You will rapidly Earn Trust with multiple cross-functional partners in both Canada and the United States, including program managers, product managers, and business leaders. You will bring in fresh ideas to simplify and scale our communications processes. You will have a passion for storytelling, as there are so many wonderful stories to be found in this innovative space. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who has a high Bias for Action and thrives in ambiguity.

This role is a unique hybrid of B2B Comms and Internal Comms.

Key job responsibilities

In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Localize and build custom content to celebrate Canada DSP and DAs
• Translate business needs into communications materials
• Translate content from English to French inclusive of newsletters, resource guides, and surveys
• Create and maintain content library, including toolkits, templates, and messaging
• Create and deploy communications via email and notifications through the DSP Portal
• Interview DSPs and DAs and build advocacy stories to promote the program as entrepreneurial opportunity of choice
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Verbal and written fluency in French and English (Native or bilingual proficiency)

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly developed written communication skills
• Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofing copy and content
• Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
• Experience using email platforms and editing HTML
• Strong vendor management skills and budget management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
