Salesforce is looking for a motivated and data-driven individual to join the AMER Field Marketing team. This individual will lead our industry-agnostic programs under the AMER Field Marketing Team, making an impact to drive pipeline and alignment with key collaborators.


This role is chartered with delivering scalable programs for Sales and Marketing teams in the North America region. The individual will implement various multi-channel integrated campaigns, reporting, project management, communicating success back to collaborators - and more. Programs will span every vertical, product and persona. This individual is an innovative problem solver, with experience in developing strategic campaign programs that are targeted, consistent, useful and integrated to deliver pipeline and ACV.


We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking ownership for the success of their programs and meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)


  • Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with team members to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Deep analysis and understanding of business segments and reporting of campaign pipeline for efficiency and results. Tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment, and other key data points.
  • Program management of campaign tactics such as segmentation, campaign creation, persona programs, digital campaigns, and similar demand generation tactics.
  • Collaborate across the extended marketing and sales teams to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution, across all internal & external marketing channels.
  • Operate as a business partner to senior marketing leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional marketing teams and go-to-market business partners to develop and implement integrated buyer journeys for our top accounts.


Requirements


  • Creative problem solver who can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of partners to drive execution.
  • Ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance.
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in a role running multi-channel marketing programs. Experience within the B2B industry is preferred.
  • Consistent track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics including paid digital, SEM, direct mail, events, and SEO as related to campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient if not exceptional with Excel or other analytical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Past experience in using Salesforce and/or other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with all levels of management
